임장일기 — 개인정보 처리방침
1. 수집하는 개인정보
임장일기는 계정 생성, 로그인, 또는 개인 식별 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
앱에서 사용하는 모든 데이터(매물 정보, 사진, 메모, 음성 녹음, 손글씨)는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 단, 아래 "공유 기능"을 통해 사용자가 직접 선택한 데이터는 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.
2. 기기 권한 사용
앱은 다음 기기 권한을 요청합니다:
- 카메라 — 현장 사진 촬영용. 촬영된 사진은 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 마이크 — 중개사 상담 내용 녹음용. 녹음 파일은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 사진 라이브러리 (추가 전용) — 촬영한 현장 사진을 카메라 롤에 자동 저장합니다. 앱은 기존 사진에 접근하지 않으며, 새 사진을 추가하는 권한만 사용합니다.
- 사진 라이브러리 (읽기) — 매물 사진 가져오기용. 사용자가 선택한 사진만 앱 내부 저장소에 복사됩니다.
이 권한들은 앱의 핵심 기능을 위해서만 사용됩니다.
3. 데이터 저장
매물 정보, 사진, 메모, 녹음, 손글씨 등 모든 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 클라우드 동기화 기능은 없습니다.
4. 공유 기능
사용자가 "공유" 버튼을 탭하면, 선택한 매물의 다음 데이터가 서버(house-diary.com)로 전송됩니다:
- 매물 텍스트 정보 (이름, 주소, 가격, 면적, 메모 등)
- 매물 사진 (리스팅 사진 + 현장 촬영 사진, 축소된 사본)
전송된 데이터는 Vercel 클라우드 스토리지에 저장되며, 공유 링크를 통해 수신자가 열람할 수 있습니다.
전송되지 않는 데이터: 음성 녹음, 손글씨 메모는 공유되지 않습니다.
공유 취소: 사용자는 앱 내에서 언제든지 공유를 취소할 수 있으며, 취소 시 서버에서 해당 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
공유는 사용자가 직접 선택한 경우에만 작동하며, 자동으로 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다.
5. 분석 데이터
공유 기능 사용 시 다음과 같은 익명 이벤트가 기록될 수 있습니다: 공유 생성, 공유 링크 조회, 공유 매물 저장. 개인 식별 정보(이름, 이메일, IP 주소 등)는 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 제공
임장일기는 광고 SDK 또는 분석 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 공유 기능을 통해 전송된 데이터는 Vercel Inc.의 클라우드 인프라에 저장됩니다. 이 외에 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 외부 서비스 연동
앱에서 "길찾기" 기능을 사용하면 카카오맵, 네이버 지도, Google Maps, 또는 Apple 지도 앱이 열립니다. 이때 해당 매물의 좌표만 URL 스킴을 통해 전달됩니다. 이 동작은 해당 지도 앱의 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.
8. 아동 개인정보
임장일기는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 변경 사항
본 개인정보 처리방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

House Hunt Diary — Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
House Hunt Diary does not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information.
All data used in the app (property information, photos, notes, voice recordings, handwritten notes) is stored on your device by default. However, data you explicitly choose to share may be transmitted to our server (see "Share Feature" below).
2. Device Permissions
The app requests the following device permissions:
- Camera — To take on-site photos. Photos are stored on your device.
- Microphone — To record broker consultations. Recordings are stored only on your device.
- Photo Library (Add Only) — To automatically save captured on-site photos to your Camera Roll. The app does not access your existing photos; it only uses permission to add new photos.
- Photo Library (Read) — To import property listing photos. Only photos you select are copied to the app's internal storage.
These permissions are used solely for the app's core features.
3. Data Storage
Property information, photos, notes, recordings, and handwritten notes are stored in local storage on your device by default. There is no cloud sync feature.
4. Share Feature
When you tap the "Share" button, the following data for the selected property is uploaded to our server (house-diary.com):
- Property text information (name, address, price, size, notes, etc.)
- Property photos (listing photos + captured on-site photos, resized copies)
Uploaded data is stored on Vercel cloud storage and can be viewed by recipients via a share link.
Data NOT shared: Voice recordings and handwritten notes are never uploaded.
Revoking shares: You can revoke any share at any time from within the app. Revoking deletes the data from the server.
Sharing only occurs when you explicitly choose to share. The app never transmits data automatically.
5. Analytics
When the share feature is used, the following anonymous events may be logged: share created, share link viewed, shared property saved. No personally identifiable information (name, email, IP address, etc.) is collected.
6. Third-Party Sharing
House Hunt Diary does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. Data uploaded via the share feature is stored on Vercel Inc. cloud infrastructure. No user data is shared with any other third parties.
7. External Services
When you use the "Navigate" feature, the app opens Kakao Maps, Naver Maps, Google Maps, or Apple Maps. Only the property's coordinates are passed via URL scheme. This action is governed by the respective map app's privacy policy.
8. Children's Privacy
House Hunt Diary is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
