1. Information We Collect

House Hunt Diary does not require account creation or login.

Property information, photos, notes, voice recordings, and handwritten notes are stored on your device by default.

Some features may transmit information to our server only when you choose to use them:

• Share feature: selected property information and photos
• Feedback/support feature: your message, an install ID used to route replies, app version, build number, device model, and OS version

2. Device Permissions

The app requests the following device permissions:

• Camera — To take on-site photos. Photos are stored on your device.
• Microphone — To record optional property voice memos. Recordings are stored on your device.
• Photo Library (Add Only) — To save captured on-site photos to your Camera Roll.
• Photo Library (Read) — To import photos you select as property photos. Only photos you choose are copied to the app's internal storage.

These permissions are used solely for the app's core features.

3. Local Storage

Property information, photos, notes, recordings, and handwritten notes are stored in local storage on your device by default. The app does not provide account-based cloud sync.

4. Share Feature

When you tap the "Share" button, the following data for the selected property is uploaded to our server (house-diary.com):

• Property text information (name, address, price, size, notes, etc.)
• Property photos (resized copies of listing photos and captured on-site photos)

Uploaded data is stored on Vercel cloud storage and can be viewed by recipients through a share link.

Data NOT shared: Voice recordings and handwritten notes are not uploaded.

Revoking shares: You can revoke a share from within the app. Revoking deletes the shared data from the server.

Sharing only occurs when you explicitly choose to share. The app does not automatically share property data.

5. Feedback and Support

If you send feedback or a support message from the app, your message and minimal technical information may be sent to our server so we can reply and diagnose issues.

• Your feedback/support message
• Install ID or device-level identifier for anonymous reply routing
• App version, build number, device model, and OS version

This information is used only for customer support, bug diagnosis, and reply delivery. It is not used for advertising tracking.

6. Magic Import and In-App Web View

Magic Import lets you open public real-estate listing pages in an in-app web view and organize publicly available listing details into your property card.

Supported sites may include Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Rightmove, Naver Real Estate, and Peterpanz. When you browse those sites, their own privacy policies and terms may apply.

House Hunt Diary is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listing site shown in the app.

7. Analytics

House Hunt Diary does not include advertising SDKs or separate analytics SDKs. When the share feature is used, functional events such as share created, share link viewed, or shared property saved may be logged to operate and maintain the sharing feature.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

Data transmitted through the share feature and feedback/support feature may be stored using Vercel Inc. and connected database/storage infrastructure. User data is not provided for advertising tracking or data-sale purposes.

9. External Services

When you use the "Navigate" feature, the app opens Kakao Maps, Naver Maps, Google Maps, or Apple Maps. The property's location may be passed via URL scheme. This action is governed by the respective map app's privacy policy.

10. Children's Privacy

House Hunt Diary is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or this website.
