임장일기 — 개인정보 처리방침

임장일기는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱에서 사용하는 모든 데이터(매물 정보, 사진, 메모, 음성 녹음, 손글씨)는 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 기기 권한 사용
앱은 다음 기기 권한을 요청합니다:
- 카메라 — 현장 사진 촬영용. 촬영된 사진은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 마이크 — 중개사 상담 내용 녹음용. 녹음 파일은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 사진 라이브러리 — 매물 사진 가져오기용. 선택한 사진은 앱 내부 저장소에 복사됩니다.
이 권한들은 앱의 핵심 기능을 위해서만 사용되며, 수집된 데이터는 기기 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 저장
모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 로컬 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 클라우드 동기화, 서버 전송, 분석 도구(analytics)를 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
임장일기는 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 또는 외부 서비스를 포함하지 않습니다.
5. 외부 서비스 연동
앱에서 "길찾기" 기능을 사용하면 카카오맵, 네이버 지도, 또는 Apple 지도 앱이 열립니다. 이때 해당 매물의 좌표만 URL 스킴을 통해 전달됩니다. 이 동작은 해당 지도 앱의 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.
6. 아동 개인정보
임장일기는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

House Diary — Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
House Diary does not collect any personal information.
All data used in the app (property information, photos, notes, voice recordings, handwritten notes) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
2. Device Permissions
The app requests the following device permissions:
- Camera — To take on-site photos. Photos are stored only on your device.
- Microphone — To record broker consultations. Recordings are stored only on your device.
- Photo Library — To import property listing photos. Selected photos are copied to the app's internal storage.
These permissions are used solely for the app's core features. No collected data is transmitted outside your device.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively in the local storage on your device. We do not use cloud sync, server transmission, or analytics tools.
4. Third-Party Sharing
House Diary does not share user data with third parties. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or external services.
5. External Services
When you use the "Navigate" feature, the app opens Kakao Maps, Naver Maps, or Apple Maps. Only the property's coordinates are passed via URL scheme. This action is governed by the respective map app's privacy policy.

House Diary is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
